With a long-standing background in senior advocacy, Liliana brings a unique depth of insight to her work with older adults. Her career includes leadership roles in senior living, including Residential Care Facility Administrator and Marketing Director for Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. She also co-founded Aging Consulting Services, LLC, where she helped older adults and their families navigate senior housing options. Later, as a Dementia Care Specialist with the Alzheimer’s Association of Northern California and Northern Nevada, she supported families through complex, emotional care decisions.
