We went all in with Mercedes and took her advice on just about everything including assembling an "A team" of a support structure (i.e. Erin Diaz her transaction coordinator, Ron Ricard's team from IPX 1031 to facilitate the exchange, Kris Gonzalez from APM to process my loan for the purchase, her cleaning crew, her landscaper, etc...). Everyone was top notch and a joy to work with.
When selling my property, we felt like we could trust that she was looking out for our best interest every step of the way. She was meticulous in her method and ensured that we did everything in compliance. She provided timely advice and wasn't too proud to seek input from others in her support network whenever appropriate.

Once we locked in on our target property to purchase, Mercedes did a wonderful job orchestrating everything to ensure that we sold ahead of schedule (with a good selling price, of course) so we can meet our commitment for the timeline of the purchase agreement. With a little luck (maybe some divine intervention) and sheer focus, we somehow pulled through with both transactions! I don't think we could have pulled this off with anyone else. Again, we are immensely grateful to Mercedes and her team for the late nights, the after hours coordination, and of course the celebration at the end of this ordeal!
